Shaun Griggs

Managing Director

Shaun is often described as the glue that holds the team at Joseph & Co together. Since being schooled at Europe’s # 1 Centre for Events Management Shaun has delivered over 200 global corporate events spanning over 14 years whilst developing an extensive network of influencers. When he’s not hiking, playing football, practicing Muay Thai or off on one of his motorbike adventures you’ll find him in the kitchen cooking up a storm.

Alex Felstead

Associate Director

With over a decade in business development and sales, Alex is a commercially driven individual specialising in generating new business and developing market strategy. With a career founded in publishing and business consultancy, Alex has focused almost exclusively in the HR, Global Mobility, and IT sectors. This has enabled him to gain a wealth of experience, market knowledge and an extensive network of contacts. Alex prides himself on understanding what his client’s needs and challenges are and always strives to meet their objectives. As a keen fitness enthusiast and foodie Alex can either be found in the gym, eating mountains of food or by the pool with an ultra-tight pair of shorts on. He’s also a seasoned traveller having visited over 30 countries, he loves experiencing new cultures, meeting new people and sampling the local cuisine.

Mandy Farmer

Director of Strategic Relationships

Mandy is a result driven consultant who is focused on achieving targets and has eleven years’ experience delivering corporate events within the UK and cross Europe. Mandy underpins our bespoke division, delivering qualified appointments & closed-door events for clients, helping them engage and gain new business within enterprise firms. She loves hosting dinner parties, entertaining friends and family and going to the theatre. Barbecues are a must in the summer in the Farmer household, sitting on the decking and watching her Koi Carp.

Joel Bravette

Associate Partner & GDPR Consultant

Joel is a seasoned operator with over a decade's experience in marketing, storytelling and content creation. With a dynamic disposition and charisma by the cache load, he can often be found talking about culture change, sustainability and veganism to audiences keen on harnessing the workforces of the future. With broad experience and knowledge comes an ease of explanation that makes Joel our GDPR champion and someone you won't mind bumping into at the water cooler.

Soraya Appleby

Senior Consultant & Event Manager

Soraya is our goal orientated, target driven and straight-talking yogi. Her background is in recruitment having worked for a number of high profile agency’s, landing several prestigious awards along the way. Soraya works at lightening pace and is extremely hands on when it comes to event delivery and ensuring our stakeholders are well looked after. Soraya’s passions are animal welfare, looking after the elderly members of her community and keeping fit. She is also currently working towards becoming a yoga instructor.

Kim MacAvoy

Project Director

Kim is leading the Global HR Executive Leader Exchange Events and is committed to exceeding expectation wherever possible. With over ten years previous experience in the realms of business development and consultancy, particularly within the HR and IT sectors, she has an extensive network of the most senior HR and IT contacts. With a determination and keen eye for delivering tangible results for partners and the most senior decision-makers alike, she is devoted to generating positive outcomes that meet current business challenges for all parties. Kim enjoys being outdoors, active and running and more than anything, spending time making memories and enjoying moments (the ones that don’t include homework, tears and tantrums) with her three young children!

Charlie Dabney

Head of Operations

With a focus on Global Mobility, HR, and Corporate Events, Charlie’s focus is creating stimulating environments for executives to share challenges and experiences whilst generating new and lasting relationships. She is enthusiastic and self-motivated and loves to learn! Charlie loves the events industry which is the perfect match for her organisational skills and as a mum of 2 boys (three if you include the husband) she’s always on the go.

Charlie enjoys being out in the countryside, climbing trees, playing games and generally finding ways to keep her kids entertained as well as travelling. With a passion for food, Charlie loves experimenting with a variety of cuisines and hosting wine fueled dinner parties with friends and family. This all being said, she always makes space for her precious “me” time.

Fenella Wenham

Head of Global Partnerships

Fenella has over 13 year’s experience in strategic sales and business development in the Healthcare and HR industries. She excels at engaging clients, developing long term relationships and going above and beyond to ensure partners expectations are always exceeded. Fenella is has a great ability to truly understand her clients objectives and how to maximise future opportunities.

Fenella is often described as having a warm, bubbly and authentic personality, this, paired this with her work ethic and methodical approach to individual tasks makes her a true champion with a proven track record of helping firms to achieve their goals. Her love of people makes HR the most interesting and enjoyable industry she has worked in to date.

Fenella spends a lot of her spare time happily chasing her cheeky young son around who although delightful, is undoubtedly entering the joyous ‘terrible two’ stage of his life quicker than expected. In life she is passionate about the big three ‘F’s’ - her family, friends and food....throw a bottle of vino in there and we have a deal!

Jasmine McGuill

Accounts & Events Manager

Jasmine has over 6 years’ experience leading large scale events from conception to execution across the Middle East & United Kingdom. Having worked on large scale conferences, PR events, concerts and publishing events she has certainly earned her stripes during her freelance years.

With a focus on Global HR Executive and Global Mobility Executive, Jasmine will bring her enthusiastic positive outlook on life to all things Account and Event Management related. With her creative flair for events, Jasmine will truly make your whole experience memorable, by building long lasting relationships and making sure all expectations are met. In true events fashion she is very meticulous and nothing is too big nor small to accomplish.

Jasmine was raised in the Middle East and has a real lust for travelling and moving around the world. She has done over 6 international moves in the last 8 years, including a stint in the USA training horses and teaching people how to ride! Outside of the office she has a real love of exploring the mountains of the UAE with her partner in crime Baxter the adventure dog and catching up with friends for cocktails.
