Rhonda is a member of the Corporate Executive and Management Committees and stewards Chevron’s people strategy. She is committed to inclusion, diversity and STEM education. Rhonda is a native northern Californian and believes deeply in giving back. She serves on the boards of the United Negro College Fund, Opportunity@Work, and Techbridge Girls, a non-profit organization that excites, educates, and equips girls from low-income communities to achieve economic mobility and better life chances, and the Bishop O’Dowd board of regents.
