Michelle is currently the SVP of HR Commercial, Pandora A/S, where she is focused on operationalizing HR strategies across office and retail. By driving a strong HR agenda she contributes to leadership development all aspects of business.

With a contagious enthusiasm and drive, Michelle has worked with executives and teams across a variety of industries including retail, nuclear power, luxury fashion, telecommunications, sports and jewellery industry.

Having partnered with leaders and companies in over 35 countries, Michelle has operated at a local, regional and global level and  drives transformational culture change at board-level and throughout the organisation depending on the lifecycle stage a company is at: decline, growth, revival.

Having led teams of over 100 cross-culturally, she coaches leaders for transformational change.  In addition, she supports leaders in building high performing teams, and is solution orientated.

Michelle has been a Board member of the UK ICF, is a Certified Coach with the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council), and a certified Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy ^TM   with the ABNLP/H/TLT (American Board of NLP, Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy).  She is also in the process of completing further qualifications as a Holistic Wellness Practitioner with the IAWP (International Association Wellness Professionals)
