Accenture

In my Advisor role and former Senior Managing Director of Talent and Human Potential at Accenture, I helped clients harness digital technologies and evolve their workforces to innovate, unlock human potential, and drive transformation. I’m honored to serve on the Advisory Councils of Stanford University’s Clayman Institute for Gender Research and the Stanford Center on Longevity. I also partner with Santa Clara University on Corporate Board Readiness Programs to prepare diverse candidates for Board Director opportunities.

In 2020, I was recognized by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) as one of the most influential leaders in corporate governance boardrooms, and the Silicon Republic named me as a top 16 Future-of-Work Influencer. I have been honored as a Top 100 HR Tech Influencer by HR Executive and I am a Cornell University ILR School William B. Groat Award recipient for lifetime achievement in Human Resources.

As a former CHRO, I served in top HR and C-suite leadership roles at many of the world’s well-known Fortune 500 companies, including PepsiCo, The Walt Disney Company, and Gap Inc.

Serving as the first woman on public technology company boards, I am Co-Chair of Women Corporate Directors, Bay Area chapter. Prior to Accenture, I served as a senior advisor to the Boston Consulting Group and the G100 Network, delivering the latest insights and actionable ideas on leadership, talent strategies, and innovation to C-Suite leaders.

I am passionate about AI, digital transformation, lifelong skills development, future workforce, HR strategies and C-Suite succession planning and leadership development.
